Order to Cash Analyst

You will be part of the Finance team and will support Crop Protection and Seeds Operations.

 Role Purpose:

• Manage customer portfolio
• Block orders analysis and released
• Credit line analysis and definition
• Control Credit / Debit Notes
• Reporting
• Master Data Management

Responsibilities

• Report with accurately about: Clients Aging, Bad Debt Provision, Intercompany debts
• Provide clear and updated information about accounts receivables (specially overdue debts) to the business
• Be a strong support for the business regarding block order released (aligned with DOA requires)
• Active participation in credit lines analysis and definition
• Comply with requirements regarding internal and external controls.
• Factoring
• Forecast of the payments of the customer based on the payment term and also on the knowledge of the historical customer behavior

• Advance student of accountancy/administration
• Previous experience of minimum 2 years managing client portfolio
• English: First Certificate Level
• SAP – Medium Level
• Microsoft Excel – Medium Level
• Client portfolio management, Working under pressure
• Credit line analysis
• Establish communications with important stakeholders
