ROLE PURPOSE  

  • Create high-quality, seeds oriented, and consistent content to attract targeted audience – with the objective of increase brand awareness.
  • Deliver strong and impactful content for the strategic brand together with the digital team & PM’s both inbound and outbound.
  • To enhance Customer Marketing Campaigns through content strategy.
  • Involve in advertising and promotion planning process and lead the execution through the season. Manage end to end process to increase efficiency A&P process (includes supplier management, indirect procurement, logistics, internal & external communications, reporting, evaluations and process improvement) in parallel to defined targets within defined budget. Actively report outcomes in the relevant meetings (BPR) monthly basis.
  • Involve in routine monthly reporting processes (A&P spent analysis, daily sales report and other necessary reporting processes) and deliver requiring data on time.
  • Support all Digital Marketing process for Seeds Business Unit TR
  • Generate, feed and manage a visual library to support advertising processes. Use relevant tools too store and increase the efficiency of collected data.
  • Use relevant tools & systems for defined responsibilities

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Create engaging, high-quality content for a targeted audience, such as features, reels, videos, articles, blog posts, infographics.  Research and develop content ideas that align with the company's strategy, tone, and values.
  • Run targeted content marketing campaigns across multiple platforms including Google Ads, social media, YouTube, SMS/MMS, Website and monitor KPIs to track and measure the success of content marketing campaigns.
  • Generate and distribute monthly reports and develop dashboards on key metrics for lead generation, content creation, website traffic and other KPIs.
  • Drive SEO in content creation, programming, optimize paid advertising campaigns working with editorial and marketing teams.
  • Evaluate key performance indicators to assess the performance of a company's marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Salesforce.com (SFDC) support as system administrator; development of necessary reporting tools in accordance with defined strategic marketing parameters.
  • Constantly looking for ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of content marketing strategies. Keep up with current trends, news, and events relevant to the industry.
  • Close contact with agencies and suppliers and organize regular meetings to maximize service quality.
  • Provide active support in the production of brochures, catalogues, and leaflets.
  • Effectively plan and execute promotions, open Purchase Orders (SAP-Ariba), conduct purchasing and delivery processes, and quality assessment.
  • Monitor and report on the advertising and promotion budget on a monthly basis, looking for ways to increase its effectiveness.
  • Work closely with Product Managers (PMs) and Area Sales Managers (ASMs) locally and relevant marketing teams regionally. Collaborate cross-functionally other marketing stakeholders (CP and 3rd party agency)
  • Contribute and support necessary documentation and preparations for marketing platforms. Provide necessary data on time for necessary updates. Use or support use of relevant marketing tools (i.e. Qliksense, Webbus, SP Tool, Dashboards or other reporting tools).
  • Participate global digital marketing meetings to follow up actions taken and be align with regional strategies.

Qualifications

  • Understanding of the agribusiness industry
  • Experience in digital marketing experience
  • Capability for analytics to execute necessary analyses and health process evaluations
  • Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind, strong team player
  • Proven leadership skills and excellent stakeholder management
  • Excellent organization and planning skills
  • Understanding of SAP processes for indirect procurement processes
  • Strong ability to understand market needs, structure, and business drivers
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office,( Power BI is preferred)  marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite and CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google AdWords etc.)
  • Fluent in English
  • Solution-oriented & constructive mindset, project management skills
  • Continuous improvement mindset
