The successfully hired person will be accountable for development, implementation and execution of the customer offers and campaigns for the crop protection products in the assigned crops – cereal fungicides and seedcare.

Campaign Lead will be responsible for campaign team activities in Poland - which involves refinement of the offers and how we approach and engage our partners and farmers. This includes: planning, preparation, monitoring and analysis for future improvement of the entire campaign.

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively leads the campaign team to create compelling offer addressing customer needs

  • Creates, manages, monitors and executes campaigns that are aligned with customer needs and product strategies; recommends and implements course corrections during execution

  • Converts solutions to attractive offers tailored to expectation of different client segment growing a specific crop

  • Contributes to the creation and implementation of strategy and converts technical information into compelling message

  • Is responsible for creation of unique service and communication with all segments of growers, responsible for ROI from campaign, measures campaign performance and implementation of key learnings

  • Ensures that campaigns are optimized across all relevant customer groups

  • Participates in creation of calendar of activities

  • Creates and executes annual Media Plan and manages budget


Qualifications

  • Educational background in Marketing is preferable

  • 3+ years of experience in leading marketing campaigns, preferably in agriculture/biotechnology or similar industry

  • Knowledge of the agricultural industry is preferrable

  • Deep understanding of how to create and operate a campaign

  • Understanding of sales and marketing principles

  • Capable to understand customer needs

  • Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills

  • Ability to organize and run significant team projects in a multicultural environment
