Job description

Задачи:

  • Ответственность за исполнение бюджета C в странах Kazbec совместно с командой продаж
  • Реализация стратегии Syngenta Biologicals в странах Kazbec.
  • Формирование портфеля для каждой страны совместно с портфельным менеджером
  • Работа с 5-летним планом по продуктам Syngenta Biologicals совместно с портфельным менеджером.
  • Вовлечение в прогнозирование продуктов (ежемесячно)
  • Обучение внутренней команды продаж à они должны научиться продавать биостимуляторы и питание растений (хотя бы несколько основных продуктов)
  • Обучающие семинары для дистрибьюторов и конечных клиентов
  • Контроль опытов и создание базы данных по опытам с продуктами Syngenta Biologicals
  • Визиты в крупные хозяйства совместно с отделом продаж для интеграции продуктов Syngenta Biologicals в схемы защиты.
  • Регулярное посещение основных потребителей продукции.
  • Подготовка презентаций и других маркетинговых материалов (видео ролики и т.д.) для продвижения продукции.
  • Участие в подготовке семинаров по продуктам (совместно с отделом маркетинга).
  • Ведение страницы в соцсетях по продукции Syngenta Biologicals (?)
  • Выезды на претензии (если вдруг)

Syngenta Crop Protection обеспечивает безопасность растений от посадки до сбора урожая. С момента посева семян и до сбора урожая посевы необходимо защищать от сорняков, насекомых и болезней, а также от засух и наводнений, жары и холода.


Требования к квалификации

Критически важные знания:

  • Общая агрономия, защита растений, понимание технологии возделывания культур
  • Углубленно биостимуляторы, питание растений (также в ближайшем будущем биоконтроли) – очень желательно
  • Навыки ведения переговоров
  • Подготовка качественных презентаций
  • Английский язык на уровне возможности делать продуктовые презентации на английском языке - очень желательно
