As a Management Reporting Analyst, you will act as an expert, supporting and managing financial analysis and reporting processes in scope, focusing on rolling forecast process. You will also prepare and deliver all necessary management information and analysis to senior executives and key stakeholders. Besides that, you will ensure data quality and integrity in key information systems for actual and planning information (Budget/Rolling Forecast) in particular cost walks and sales commentaries. And you will be responsible for participating in group level projects and drive continuous improvement and efficiency.

We all have a critical role to play and add value. Here is how this role will help:

  • Support and manage rolling forecast process by ensuring timely and accurate data loads, monitoring data quality, analysing and investigating reporting issues
  • Collaborate with external developers on Forecasting tool improvements implementation
  • Jointly coordinate and manage the process of latest outlook and budget forecast information (instructions, timetables, monitoring submission, coordinate clearing controls)
  • Perform data integrity checks across Management Reporting and Forecasting systems
  • Review and validate the monthly and quarterly cost walks and analysis provided by the commercial and global functional controllers to ensure comprehensive and insightful comments are provided for the group lock meeting
  • Support the preparation of the monthly Management Reports for the Executive Team to ensure the key deliveries and timetable is met
  • Provide support to all members of the Management Reporting Team to help ensure achievement of objectives
  • Influence and challenge to support the drive for productivity gains across the organization through process and reporting improvement/alignment
  • Contribute to development and use of business intelligence tools, data visualization and predictive analysis technics
  • Prepare ad hoc reports and analysis as per stakeholder/line manager request

Qualifications

You will be a great fit if you have:

  • Bachelor/Master/MBA in Economics or Finance, or equivalent 
  • Minimum 3 years of finance or business controlling and reporting experience in a multinational company
  • Fluency in English is required, any other European languages are an advantage
  • Basic and sound knowledge of accounting principles
  • Good analytical skills gained through finance education / qualification
  • Good understanding of reporting processes structure and systems with the ability to quickly adapt to new requirements
  • Ability to quickly achieve results without compromising accuracy
  • High degree of IT literacy to interface databases to reporting framework, in particular a good command of Management Reporting Systems, Excel, Power BI
  • Customer oriented approach and ways of working
  • Able to handle pressure and adhere to strict deadlines with the ability to perform effectively in and out time pressure
  • High attention to details in accuracy and presentation of numbers.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
  • Self-confident to propose solutions
  • Good planning and time management skills
