Logistics Data Analyst (Fixed term position 12 months)

You will be part of Production & Supply team and will support the area, through the values Long View, How Matters and Determined Execution you will live and experience more of this position. Here is how this role will be critical to our business:

Responsibilities

• Support the data needs of logistics teams in LATAM region.
• Data extraction and reporting: Help the LATAM Capacity team with specific queries on certain topics, extracting data and making the information available on time.
• Work with the logistics teams of the territories to determine and measure the right metrics, harmonize KPIs within the region and automate bottom-up indicators to support decision make processes.
• Usage of Robots to automatize repetitive activities & save time for strategic decisions.
• Sustainability data: KPIs automation. Support data analytics. Support benefits control.
• Data quality: Act a link between territory overland LAKU to ensure the data we have in Qlik/dashboards is accurate. Validate that Data Science Platform (Alation Data Catalog) are accurate and complete.
• Visual management and Dashboards Projects: Create dashboards needed to dispose available data LATAM and territory dashboards to help them become more data driven.
• Presenting information generated from data and producing reports and charts.
• Support LATAM Logistic Projects implementation across process/data management (A+ pipeline, regional and global portfolio)
• Support Logistics LATAM Sustainability journey: Sustain data quality and monthly load of the Raw Data file for Brazil, LAS and LAN; Support the LATAM Green Warriors network in maintaining Data Accuracy and Data Quality; Support the continuity of a data driven culture in sustainability.

• Professionals graduated from Engineering/Business Administration/IT/Finance careers
• Availability to work in a fixed term contract for 12 months.
• Advanced level of English/Spanish.
• Experience on: Data Management or Data Analytics.
• Independent, resolutive and analytical profile.
• Collaborative, a team player.
• The ability to plan work and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to analyze, model and interpret data.

Desirable:

• Knowledge in Supply Chain processes.
• Portuguese.
• knowledge of GTNexus.
• Experienced user of Qliksense, PowerBI, SmartSheet, Alation Data Catalog.
