  • Führungsverantwortung für das Engineering & Maintenance Team mit Schwerpunkt auf Mitarbeiterförderung und -entwicklung.
  • Gewährleistung der Verfügbarkeit von Infrastruktur und Produktionsanlagen
  • Entwicklung der korrektiven und präventiven Instandhaltungsstrategie für den Standort, sowie des Anlagenreinvestitionsprogramms.
  • Aufbau und Pflege von Kooperationen mit externen Dienstleistern, inklusive Vertragsmanagement für Instandhaltungsservices.
  • Verantwortlich für den sicheren Betrieb der Infrastruktursysteme am Standort, sowie die Einhaltung von Sicherheitsvorschriften und technischen Normen (BCI..).
  • Verantwortlich für das R&U-Budget am Standort.
  • Sicherstellung der frühzeitige Identifikation und Behebung von anlagentechnischen Defiziten durch enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Produktion.
  • Förderung des kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozesses und aktive Teilnahme in der Syngenta Engineering Community.

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in einem technischen Fach, Verfahrenstechnik, Maschinenbau, Automatisierungstechnik oder einer ähnlichen Disziplin
  • Fähigkeit, ein vielfältiges Team mit direkter sowie indirekter Linienverantwortung zu leiten
  • Fundiertes Verständnis im Bereich Instandhaltung und Verfahrenstechnik / Anlagebau
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Instandhaltung / chemische Produktion
  • Nachgewiesene Führungserfahrung
  • Sicheres Beherrschen der deutschen und englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
