Role Purpose

• Lead Trait Assessment laboratory and greenhouse processes
• Lead the team of laboratory scientists and assistants
• Ensure that processes are executed according to HSE and Quality standards

Responsibilities

• Compilation of laboratory and greenhouse activities volumes: Inoculum & insects' production and experiments.
• Creation and monitoring of annual activities timeline.
• Plan operational resource requirements (temporary employees, consumables, etc.)
• Lead inoculum & insects’ production and experiments execution
• External services and temporary employees' contracts
• Constant monitoring of HSE and QM requirements

It is indispensable for this position:

• Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Biologist or related field
• Knowledge of laboratory techniques related to entomology and/or plant pathology (desirable)
• Knowledge of trials design and data analysis
• English language intermediate
• People management skills
• Strong stakeholder management
• Planning and organization capacity
• Clear decision making
