Lokalizacja: woj. dolnośląskie/woj.wielkopolskie 

Obowiązki:

  • Koordynacja działań w terenie oraz zarządzanie zespołem, w skład którego wchodzą: Agronom Polowy (Field Agronomist) i Specjalista ds. Fenotypowania (Phenotyping Associate Scientist)
  • Nadzór nad bezpieczeństwem obiektów badawczych
  • Planowanie, projektowanie i prowadzenie badań polowych
  • Zbieranie, kontrola i zarządzanie danymi z badań
  • Weryfikacja i przesyłanie danych od podwykonawców
  • Integracja danych fenotypowych, środowiskowych i praktyk uprawowych w wewnętrznych systemach
  • Przeprowadzanie kontroli jakości i identyfikacja odstępstw, podejmowanie działań korygujących

Kwalifikacje

Wymagania:

  • Kompleksowa wiedza agronomiczna obejmująca różnorodne uprawy, gleboznawstwo, nowoczesne praktyki rolnicze 
  • Ekspertyza w zakresie danych, w tym metodologii zbierania danych (ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem technik fenotypowania cyfrowego), zapewniania ich jakości oraz implementacji efektywnych rozwiązań do przechowywania i analizy danych
  • Wykazywanie dobrych umiejętności przywódczych w zarządzaniu zespołem
  • Kompetencje w analizie i interpretacji złożonych danych fenotypowych
  • Zdolność do projektowania i wdrażania protokołów eksperymentalnych
  • Doskonałe umiejętności komunikacyjne w pracy zespołowej i raportowaniu
  • Zapewnienie dokładności i wiarygodności zbieranych danych
  • Prawo jazdy kat B
  • Umiejętność komunikowania się w języku angielskim na poziomie co najmniej średniozaawansowanym
