Job description

Role Purpose

Execute effective communication and change management activities to support the Invoice to Pay (I2P) function's transformation initiatives and continuous improvement programs. This role facilitates clear and engaging communication between I2P and stakeholders/end-users globally, ensuring seamless adoption of process changes while enhancing user experience through engaging content and knowledge management. This position reports to the Global I2P Experience and Enablement Lead.

Accountabilities

  • Communication Management: 

• Execute comprehensive communication plans for I2P process changes and improvements

• Create compelling content for multiple channels including Viva Engage, knowledge bases, and internal platforms

• Support project communications timeline and deliverables across global stakeholder groups

• Maintain and update FAQ repositories and how-to knowledge articles for optimal user self-service

• Produce engaging user training videos and tutorials using AI-powered video creation technologies

 

  • Change Management Support: 

• Execute change management activities for I2P process transformations and system implementations • Collaborate with process owners to identify communication needs and change impacts

• Develop training materials, user guides, and process documentation

• Monitor and report on communication effectiveness and user adoption metrics

 

  • Stakeholder Engagement: 

• Work cross-functionally with I2P teams, and end-user community to understand communication requirements

• Support knowledge sharing sessions and support continuous improvement initiatives

• Gather feedback from stakeholders to enhance communication approaches and content quality

As a Communicator, he/she must have:

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to simplify complex processes

• Creative content development capabilities across multiple digital platforms

• Strong storytelling abilities to drive engagement and change adoption

• Proficiency in visual communication and basic graphic design principles

• Video content creation skills with experience in AI-powered video generation tools

As a Change Enabler, he/she must have:

• Understanding change management principles and their practical application

• Building stakeholder buy-in through targeted communication strategies

• Adapting communication styles to diverse audiences and cultural contexts

• Supporting training and capability building initiatives

 

As a Collaborator, he/she must be:

• Effective team player with strong interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a matrix organization

• Detail-oriented with excellent project management capabilities

• Adaptable and eager to learn new tools, processes, and methodologies

Experience required for the job

Essential:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

• 3-5 years of experience in communications, content creation, change management, or related roles

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint, Word

• Experience or knowledge of invoice to pay or procurement processes is a plus 

• Basic understanding of change management principles and methodologies

• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content creation

 • Basic graphic design skills and visual communication capabilities is a plus

• Experience with video content creation and familiarity with AI-powered video generation tools (e.g., Synthesia) is highly preferred

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and follow through with execution

• Experience with Microsoft Viva Engage or similar enterprise social platforms is a plus
