Accountabilities:

  • Independently summarize, validate, and manage agricultural data within company databases, ensuring accuracy across domains.
  • Work with stakeholders on trialing, genotyping, breeding, and analytics teams to identify areas of improvement for current data strategy/usage, and drive change from prioritization to implementation.

  • Work with agronomists, scientists, and other R&D team members to understand data requests, translate requests to concrete deliverables, and facilitate production implementation.
  • Troubleshoot data-related issues, help establish and maintain proper data feedback channels, and suggest innovative solutions to proactively prevent future issues.
  • Conduct periodic audits of data systems and processes to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements, lead training sessions, and provide technical support to field teams on proper data collection protocols and systems usage.

Company Description

Syngenta Seeds is one of the world’s largest developers and producers of seed for farmers, commercial growers, retailers and small seed companies. Syngenta seeds improve the quality and yields of crops. High-quality seeds ensure better and more productive crops, which is why farmers invest in them. Advanced seeds help mitigate risks such as disease and drought and allow farmers to grow food using less land, less water and fewer inputs.

Syngenta Seeds brings farmers more vigorous, stronger, resistant plants, including innovative hybrid varieties and biotech crops that can thrive even in challenging growing conditions.

Syngenta Seeds is headquartered in the United States.
