Estimated Duration: May 2023 – August 2023 

You will: 

• Complete or advance a project or initiative in the HR Operations function 
• Gain exposure to Business HR and Center of Expertise 
• Identify and manage stakeholders for the initiative 
• Coordinate resources for a successful execution 
• Ensure technical feasibility of a solution 
• Develop a project plan with overall timeline and milestones 
• Track performance, and report and escalate to sponsors as needed 
• Create required project documentation 
• Apply appropriate change management techniques as required 
• Gain exposure to Business HR or Compensation & Benefits depending on area of interest 
• Perform other related duties as assigned 

What you must have: 

• Enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited NC HBCU with a current Sophomore or Junior class standing  
• Fluent in English

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
