HR Policy Review and Project Intern

Estimated Duration: May 2023 – August 2023 

You will: 

• Complete or advance a project or initiative in the North America Seeds HR function 
• Gain exposure to Business HR and Centers of Expertise 
• Identify and manage stakeholders for the projects 
• Coordinate resources for a successful execution 
• Ensure technical feasibility of a solution 
• Develop a project plan with overall timeline and milestones 
• Create required project documentation 
• Apply appropriate change management techniques as required 
• Gain exposure to Business HR and other HR disciplines
• Perform other related duties as assigned 

What you must have: 

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
• Enrollment in a bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, communications, marketing, or other closely related field of study.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, primarily PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Forms, and Outlook.
• Adaptability.
• All applicants must be eligible to work in the US.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to be self-directed and to work as part of a team
• Fluent in English
