HR Officer

Job Title: HR Officer

Duration: 1 year contract

Responsibilities:

• Support HR Personnel in carrying out activities pertaining to Talent Acquisition, Employer brand as well as any other flagship programs
• Participate in end-to-end recruitment processes for bulk hiring needs across various departments.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and ensure that job descriptions and specifications are accurate and comprehensive
• Negotiate job offers with successful candidates, providing relevant market data to influence and support the compensation discussion
• Ensure that all hiring processes are compliant with company policies and local labor laws
• Oversee & support daily operations of the HR department
• Sourcing and Screening: Utilize various channels, including job portals, social media, and networking, to source high-quality candidates. Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Interviews: Schedule interviews as well as carry out telephonic and in-person candidate screening, to assess candidate's suitability for the position as per the JD.
• Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure alignment of recruitment strategies with business objectives.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Provide timely communication and feedback to candidates.

• At least one year of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
• Prior experience working as an HR executive or its equivalent would be a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related fiel
