Head Regional P&S CoE, Digital and Transformation, APAC

Role Purpose

• Overall accountability across P&S CoE, Digital and Transformation and inclusive leadership of P&S IT  with focus on business outcomes aligned to APAC business strategic priorities and Global Supply narrative
• Leadership of step change in shaping of P&S strategy through inspiring breakthrough thinking in Global Supply strategic areas necessary to be ready and fit for future and changing demands on the business  

Accountabilities

• Establishes, leads and develops a professional and highly performing regional P&S CoE, Digital and Transformation team, with inclusive leadershiop of P&S IT, with focus on business outcomes aligned to APAC strategic priorities.
• Contributes to shaping of P&S strategy with breakthrough thinking
• Delivering regional strategic priorities and projects through leadership and ownership of APAC P&S portfolio aligned to targeted business outcomes and longer term strategy
• Leads and owns the development of sizing and shape of change capabilities as they evolve for future needs of P&S
• Develops and sustains capabilities and resources, covering regional business process consultants and regional transformation and change experts, regional digital and data and analytics experts and IT
• Champion a global business process management approach with a consistently applied set of methods, tools and techniques
• Ensures regional needs are represented in P&S and enterprise portfolio, appropriately prioritized and deployable resources provided
• Deploys change, digital and IT expertise to deliver the regional portfolio through design, implementation, embed and sustain (spanning business process management, project/programme management and transformation & change)
• Provides front line business support models to ensure sustainable operations 
• Providing transformation support across regional P&S to deliver effective and sustainable business transformation
• Establish and maintain business process documentation aligned to current operations
• Implements regional P&S Development activities as planned (Knowledge Management, P&S Education, P&S Graduate Program, Capability Development, 3PM academy)
• Champions operational excellence
• Effectively manages key interfaces (eg to Global CP P&S CoE, Global IT, APAC Digital, Country teams, Global Seeds CoE, etc.)
• Represents P&S CoE, Digital and Transformation in Regional P&S LT and is a member of the Global P&S CoE LT

Knowledge, experience & capabilities

• Bachelor degree required, with Master degree in Supply Chain, IT, Digital and / or Business Administration or other equivalent qualification preferred
• Advanced level of digital and IT proficiency
• Advanced level of proficiency in portfolio management
• Good understanding about project and program management
• Advanced level of understanding about business process management
• Good understanding about change management
• Know-how about operational excellence Workshop facilitation, catalyst skills

Critical experience

• Minimum 8-10 years of post-graduate experience in supply operations or Digital/ IT ideally in agro-business or closely related industry
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in leading teams with demonstrable track record of motivational and achievement oriented leadership
• Experience in managing a significant portfolio of change
• Management of senior stakeholders, confident in constructively challenging expectations when required
• Experience of managing high profile / value projects and programs
