As a Global Mobility Manager, you will have responsibility for the day-to-day operational activities in relation to moving staff on assignment. You will be working with the Head of Global Mobility and the global mobility team to provide employees with a high standard tailored GM service focusing on a positive client experience. Besides that, you will be working with HRBPs and Business leaders and will provide solutions to business need based on the GM policy framework.

- Implementing Syngenta new Mobility program and processes and training/communicating clearly to relevant stakeholders
- Participating in a creation of new technology workflows and compliance process implementation
- Managing the end-to-end assignment process
- Preparing cost estimates, assignment documentation, compensation calculations and liaising with vendors
- Overseeing and/or managing IA recharge process
- Coordinating Monthly IA payroll – previous knowledge of IA payroll required
- Collaboration and initiation of vendors (tax, relocation, other)
- Exception management

You will be a great fit if you have:
- BSc/MSc degree or equivalent
- 5-8 years of professional experience in Global Mobility or related fields
- Fluent English language knowledge
- Strong numerical skills and solid experience in MS Excel
- Ability to establish close working relationships with the HR Operational Services Delivery teams, Global HRBP’s/HR, Finance, key business stakeholders and external third-party providers
- Ability to provide guidance and make recommendations within policy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and thrive/develop in a complex business environment
- High level of customer service & delivery
- Good attention to detail
