As a Global Mobility Intern, you will have responsibility for the day-to-day transactional and recurring activities in relation to mobility data management (data analytics and processing). You will be working with the Head of Global Mobility and the global mobility team to ensure data quality and governance.

We all have a critical role to play and add value. Here is how this role will help:
- Preparing a variety of reports using our technology platform
- Monitoring and governing data and flagging any discrepancies
- Adding and editing assignee records in the mobility system
- Creating letters and summaries
- Initiating vendors either via emails or mobility technology
- Running payroll reports and support with the data validation
- Preparing and updating various templates
- Completing re-charge file and managing re-charging process
- Monthly check of various data points
- Various enrolments
- Status reports and checks
- Creating presentations
Qualifications

Essential for this trainee program:
- To have a continuous student status
- Able to work at least 25 hours/week
- Be available for at least 6 months
- Good numerical and analytical skills
- Excel and data analytics skill set
- Fluent written and spoken English, other European languages are advantage
