Are you passionate about driving innovation in global logistics through data-driven insights? As our Global Logistics Analyst, you will play a key role in improving visibility and efficiency across our worldwide logistics operations. You will be at the forefront of creating, monitoring, and maintaining logistics data to support critical business needs and operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of agricultural logistics by leveraging your analytical expertise and technical skills in an innovative, global setting.

As our Global Logistics Analyst, you will:

  • Drive one of our key strategic pillars by improving global visibility and analytics. This includes creating, reporting, and monitoring global logistics KPIs, integrating internal and external data, and building and maintaining business intelligence and analytics self-service tools.
  • Act as a crucial liaison between regional logistics operations teams, logistic service providers, internal stakeholders, and global IT/Data Analytics teams. You'll tackle complex topics such as data gathering strategies, system improvements, and process enhancements.
  • Lead and participate in global projects like S4Hana, TMS, and RTTV. Your expertise will be vital in defining functional and technical specifications, creating data models, and ensuring successful implementation of new systems and processes.
  • Champion data stewardship by managing data completeness and quality, following strict data governance standards. You'll work closely with IT to resolve any gaps and implement solutions that ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Contribute to long-term Supply Chain Network Design assessments and support regional teams in implementing optimization models. Your innovative approach will be key in using data and information as a strategic asset for the company.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in IT, Data Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Strong  experience in Logistics/Supply Chain, with a strong understanding of logistics, transportation, and freight audit systems.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, using relevant tools to make data-driven decisions.
  • Hands-on knowledge of visualization tools (Qlik/PowerBI/Tableau) and programming languages (Python, SQL, R).
  • Experience with AWS, SAP systems, Llamasoft, or related master data management systems.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to visualize complex data processing steps and logics.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with people at all levels.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal).

 

It would be a plus if you:

  • Have experience in leading projects and driving the implementation of global/regional strategic initiatives.
  • Are familiar with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Possess knowledge of customs procedures and documentation.
  • Have additional language proficiencies.
