Field Quality Officer

1. Quality Management system (10-20%)

• Follow APAC Quality Policy, Standards and Code of Practices
• Manage Nonconformity of field production activities.
• Knowledge transfer field production team and growers field quality standard (Field score card)
• Update the local quality standards for field quality regulation

2. Conduct field inspection as assigned location (70-80%)

• Make field inspection planning base on planting schedule, conduct field inspection, ensure strictly follow schedule and on time inspection. 
• Ensure the compliance Field Quality Score card and process.
• Make daily record, monthly report to support field rating decision
• Implement seeds quality improvement program in field quality by developing, tracking, and improving leading indicators of quality
• Follow up harvesting MC, ensure proper harvesting schedule 

3. Support Toller processing after done harvesting season (10-30%)

• Web cob receiving supervision
• Packing supervision 

• Be a agronomy engineer
• Have experience quality control in seed industry is a plus
• Experience on Quality Management System and Total quality management is a plus
• Organizing skills, good computer user
• Active, cooperative, accurate, timely, orderly
• Teamwork development and reliability in relationships across functions.
• Positive attitude to change, innovation, creativity.
