Pricing & Business Analyst Mediterranean

• Lead defined pricing activities ensuring proper price and commercial incentives setting prior to the season, monitoring implementation and adopting within the season and evaluating after the season
• Coordinate preparation, analysis and monitoring of the execution of all Mediterranean countries’ (Greece, Cyprus, Israel, Palestine, Albania and Kosovo) tailor made commercial policy 
• Provide support on key commercial business processes (e.g. Budget, 5 Year Plan and market research) ensuring timely and high-quality completion
• Develop simplified excel based tools for Marketing team and Sales representatives with data needed to facilitate their customer facing negotiations and visits
• The selected candidate will closely collaborate with Marketing & Technical Head, Sales Head, and Finance department

To support that challenge, we’re looking for a: Pricing & Business Analyst Mediterranean (Crop Protection)

Mandatory

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business /MSc in Marketing/Finance or MBA appreciated
• Demonstrated experience in Pricing, Business Analysis
• Advanced excel skills
• SAP and Microsoft Access knowledge will be an asset
• Advanced Greek and English

Critical skills

• Proven analytical skills and capacity to handle large set of data
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet multitasking deadlines with high quality results

Soft Skills

• Agronomic background will be a plus
• Collaborative spirit
• Strategic thinking and planning
• Execution and results orientation

Based at the Athens office - 1 or 2 days of SmartWorking per week
