Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead category launch, go-to-market strategies, and growth strategy, as well as insight generation and streamlining of the end-to-end process for the Agri input category on India's largest pesticide company's e-commerce platform.
- Expand new business/categories at the PAN India level, develop growth and pricing strategies, drive team expansion, manage order fulfillment, and generate business.
- Establish an integrated category plan to enhance the company's digital presence.
- Understand market trends and consumer choices to improve the consumer experience.
- Drive strategy, planning, top-line and bottom-line budget management for the above responsibilities.
- Analyze data and insights to determine industry and consumer trends, create e-commerce product roadmaps, and secure executive buy-in.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports for major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other initiatives.
- Monitor and administer dashboards, reports, and key reporting tools, highlighting key areas of importance in alignment with the company's goals.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and internal product development efforts.

Qualifications
Candidates with 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, particularly in the eB2B space, are encouraged to apply.
