ROLE PURPOSE

This role is supportive to CIS Direct Procurement Manager as a part of the EAME Direct Procurement Team and should work in close coordination as with CIS DPM as with EAME DP colleagues, ensuring common strategies, standards and the establishment of a regional organization.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Full cycle Contract management (Supply Agreements and Purchasing Specifications ) with all direct suppliers including organizing of approving, signing, uploading and archiving of all relevant documents
  • Ensure data streams and processes are well defined and documented; control the documentation flow throughout the procurement cycle
  • Coordination of payment/finance issues between Suppliers, Finance, Legal and FFP teams (counter audits, reconciliation of calculations, payment delay, refund of funds, debt disputes etc.)
  • Management of requests for documents and information from Syngenta to suppliers and from suppliers to Syngenta (statutory, legal, financial documents, MSDS, TDS and so on)
  • Coordination of Direct Procurement development and improvement projects (Project Management) related to chemicals, packaging and tolling: constant status tracking, regular contacting with all stakeholders, ensuring of progress, control of samples sending, requesting and providing of necessary information / documents etc.
  • Demonstrate the highest ethical standards and ensure Syngenta procedures are adopted and followed

Qualifications

  • University degree in Business, Economics, Finance
  • Practical experience work with documentation flows and contract management
  • Fluent in English language
  • Good communication and team player skills
