Digital Marketing Manager

We have a Flexible Work Location approach and this role can be based in Calgary, AB, Guelph, ON or remotely across Canada.  

Duties:

• Develop, evolve and track the progress of the overall digital marketing strategy for Syngenta Canada.
• Take a stakeholder role in annual campaign planning as it relates to digital campaigns and tactics. Identify resource requirements and timelines for multiple overlapping campaigns throughout the year.
• Establish good working relationships with a variety of outside vendors/contractors required to support delivery of the project plan
• Work with key internal stakeholders (i.e., Procurement, Legal) to ensure that projects adhere to Syngenta guidelines, policies, governance, and compliance.
• Manage the digital and department budgets and provide budget estimates and tracking for each campaign.
• Collaborate with the Branding & Operations team to create alignment and consistency with approaches to tactics and stakeholder management.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications with a minimum of 7 years of digital marketing experience
• Excellent knowledge of customer relationship marketing, marketing principles and digital marketing
• Effective leadership and collaboration skills
• Strategic thinking and ability to create high-level plans
• Ability to influence others and manage and resolve conflict.
• Preferred Technology Tools: Sales Force, Pardot, Google Analytics
