Обов'язки:

  • Підтримка та побудова скорингових моделей на запит внутрішнього замовника, моніторинг їхньої роботи
  • Створення щорічного плану мотивації команди продажів і обрахунку його результатів
  • Аналіз даних, отриманих із різних джерел, побудова на їх основі звітності і дашбордів, формулювання висновків і рекомендації на їх основі
  • Автоматизація процесів і звітів

Кваліфікації

  • Вища освіта в галузі математики, статистики, економіки, фінансів, IT або іншій суміжній галузі
  • Досвід роботи у сфері аналітики даних більше 1 року
  • Вміння аналізувати отримані дані, систематизувати, знаходити закономірності
  • Знання MS Excel на високому рівні
  • Знання SQL
  • Вміння працювати з великими обсягами даних
  • Досвід роботи з системами прийняття рішень, скоринговими мапами
  • Вміння висувати гіпотези, перевіряти їх на практиці та формувати рекомендації
  • Навички комунікації з внутрішніми замовниками
  • Уважність та посидючість

Бажані навички: 

  • Досвід адміністрування баз даних
  • Бажання навчатися нових технологій і продуктів
  • Знання аграрного ринку буде розглядатися як перевага
  • Досвід роботи з системами прийняття рішень, скоринговими мапами
  • Знайомство з мовами програмування (Python, VBA)
