Job description

Regional HR BP acts as a strategic though partner to the functional leaders and their teams in AMEA as per below. The role drives the people and organizational agenda to enable business strategy execution, capability building and cultural transformation in a fast evolving and diverse market context.

  • CP Marketing including Sustainability, IT & Digital for AMEA
  • CP Production & Supply for AMEA.

This role partners closely with Global HRBPs for Marketing and P&S as well as with regional HR colleagues and local/country HR heads to ensure alignment, consistency and impact of global initiatives while tailoring solutions to regional realities.

This role is also member of the Regional (AMEA) HR leadership team.

Strategic Partnership & Business Impact

  • Serve as the primary HR strategic advisor to the Regional Marketing and P&S leaders, enabling them to translate business priorities into actionable people and organization strategies.
  • Act as a member of the regional leadership teams for Marketing and P&S, contributing to strategic discussions beyond HR topics.
  • Partner with leaders to anticipate future organizational needs and develop the right capabilities, structures, and talent pipelines to deliver growth and innovation.

Talent, Leadership & Capability Development

  • Lead talent discussions, ensuring succession, mobility, and diversity are integral parts of leadership plans.
  • Support the identification and development of future-ready capabilities across Marketing and P&S, in partnership with functional academies and global teams.
  • Coach and challenge leaders to elevate their leadership effectiveness and build high performing, engaged teams across geographies.

Organizational Effectiveness & Change Leadership

  • Shape and drive organizational design, transformation, and efficiency initiatives in partnership with business and functional stakeholders.
  • Enable seamless integration of business changes, ensuring strong change management and communication plans that enhance adoption and engagement.
  • Strengthen organizational health through insight-driven interventions (e.g., engagement surveys, listening tools, analytics).

Talent Processes & Workforce Planning

  • Partner with the Regional and Global HR teams to lead the annual people processes (performance, rewards, career development) with rigor and consistency across AMEA.
  • Co-own headcount, cost, and capability planning for Marketing and P&S in line with governance and budget frameworks.
  • Use people analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, turning insights into clear actions and business decisions.

Collaboration & Regional Integration

  • Work closely with Country HR teams to ensure that functional priorities are aligned with business while understood and implemented locally with relevance and agility.
  • Act as the connector between Global Functions, Regional Leadership, and Local HR, ensuring alignment and mutual reinforcement of global and regional people strategies.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration between Marketing, P&S, and other corporate teams to enhance organizational learning and agility.
  • Provides end-to-end strategic HR partnership to the Business and be a critical partner to regional leadership teams
  • Co-shape people agenda at regional level
  • Act as a trusted partner to the Business, implement people strategies in the countries by working with respective Country and CU HR Heads
  • Utilize business understanding to influence leaders & deploy solutions addressing business challenges
  • Provide best in class employee experience and drive positive change on ground. To be the connection between global, regional and local HR to guarantee a consistent people and HR delivery approach

Qualifications

  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate strategic priorities into people outcomes.
  • Track record of HR business partnering experience in multi-cultural environment, complex matrix organizations, with at least 10 years of experience as a Business Partner.
  • A breadth of HR experience across several HR disciplines, with specific experience in talent management & organization development
  • Skilled in organization design, talent management, and leadership development.
  • Successful track record of implementing Business transformation as well as Human Resources initiatives that have had a clear impact on the performance and effectiveness of the organization.
  • Strong ability to translate the business ambition and 5ypl into org structures, leadership styles, culture and capabilities to contribute to the successful execution of the business strategy
  • Leadership skills: ability to influence in a complex & ambiguous environment, demonstrates high levels of collaboration, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent coaching skills: Strong track record as a people manager and building organizational capabilities.
  • Influential communicator with the ability to challenge, coach, and partner senior leaders.
  • Experience in working in a matrix organization.
  • Diplomacy and ability to remain objective when dealing with sensitive cross-cultural cases
  • Experience working across geographies
