Customer Service Officer Fixed Term

Role purpose:

  • Customers’ order management including order processing & invoicing.
  • Implementation of Internal Control & guidelines in customer services operation.
  • Implementation of Syngenta HSE MS at Warehouse.

Accountabilities:

  • Customers’ accounts clearing & payment posting in gSAP & FEP.
  • Manage and address customers’ inquiries regarding product availability and customers’ financials. 
  • Customers’ orders invoice creations in gSAP.
  • Management of return orders including product lift back
  • Creation of Customer Accounts statement.
  • Clearing of documents.
  • Identify the opportunities for cost saving and take the initiatives.

 


Qualifications

  • BBA or BS degree, preferably in Supply chain.
  • Fresh & Experience. Well, prefer 2-3 years’ experience.
  • Must have gSAP hands-on experience.
  • Knowledge of customer services process and technicalities.
  • Understanding of Supply chain processes in general and customer services’ functionalities & processes in particular.
  • Team player, working closely with Customers & Sales teams.
  • Analytical and Strategic thinking.
  • Ability to influence and gain support.
  • Understand Distribution Safety dynamics and guidelines.

This is a Fixed term Contract role.
