To support this mission, Syngenta’s Commerce & Marketing Team is seeking a Digital Operations Manager in Buenos Aires, Argentina. This role will be responsible for leading and supervising daily distributor operations on the ecommerce platform, as well as driving the digital transformation from offline to online operations. This role involves ensuring distributors maintain high performance levels, meet established SLAs, and effectively utilize the platform. The Manager works closely with distributors and internal teams to optimize operational processes, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve the user experience on the platform.
Accountabilities
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize daily distributor operations on the platform
- Collaborate with IT and platform development teams to design and implement new functionalities that facilitate offline process digitalization
- Establish and monitor KPIs to measure digital transformation success and distributor performance
- Identify areas for improvement in operational processes and develop action plans to address them
- Maintain regular communication with distributors to address issues, gather feedback, and promote best practices
- Coordinate with other departments (such as Sales and Marketing) to align digital operations with overall business objectives
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Manage and resolve complex problem escalations affecting distributor operations

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agricultural Management, or related disciplines
- Proven track record in agricultural industry
- Commercial or operations background preferred
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
- Microsoft Office Suite expertise
