• Developing and implementing a Supply Chain strategy.
• Ensures that all business processes are executed in alignment with global & regional Supply Chain standards.
• Developing effective planning processes
• Optimizing Supply Chain costs and resources
• Effective management of logistic services – Planning, Inbound Logistics, Secondary Distribution
• Fulfilling commercial needs of the business by meeting agreed targets.
• Building strong and effective cooperation with the Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure the sales targets execution.
•  Acts as a member of the local management team and contributes to the development of the country Strategic Agenda
• Developing and coaching team to grow and strengthen competencies needed to deliver tasks

• Higher education
• 5+ years proven track record in managing supply chain operations – inbound and outbound – within international business environment
• Extensive knowledge of all supply chain processes and systems
• Deep understanding of forecasting and planning processes
• Fundamental understanding of IS, Finance and Business
• Ability to analyze data to form information, reach conclusions and make strategic recommendations
• Business facing experience working with cross-boundary teams
• Sound commercial and financial knowledge of the local business environment
• Experience in change management
• Experience in people management
• English Fluent
