Job description

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Define local campaign priorities in order to best implement & deliver budget
  • Lead cross-functional Campaign Teams (campaign managers, technical support, sales) in order to design & execute customer-tailored campaigns.
  • Liaise with marketing services in relation to content generation and execution.
  • Translate offers to customer (channel or grower) needs and detail including delivery plan, pricing and commercial policies.
  • Sequence roll out in logical way to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure campaigns are executed in line with marketing budget and plan set by the campaign team.
  • Leverage crop technology platforms and campaigns dependencies at grower level between CP/SE.
  • Working with Sales conduct post campaign in-field measurement of campaign effectiveness, including integrated Solutions KPIs.
  • Lead budget and in season planning recommendations (range, pricing, volume) for the scope
  • Support 5-year Crop Marketing Plan by providing 1. local market insights and forecast, 2. local Syngenta portfolio evolution map and sales forecast, in strong coordination with CP marketing leads and Danube marketing head

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & CAPABILITIES:

  • at least 3-5 years of experience in Marketing Communication for complex market/s, in a challenging, cross cultural environment;
  • 3 years at least working with a network of agencies and contacts (external and internal);
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in the agribusiness industry;
  • High level of computer literacy (graphics);
  • Advanced English (written and spoken).
  • Degree: BSc/MSc in agriculture
  • Applies effective grower, channel and influencer segmentation
  • Develops/delivers innovative, customer-driven offers
  • Designs/implements effective CRM strategies
  • Develops/executes campaign plans
  • Develops/implements effective product communications
  • Able to use market research effectively to understand customer, markets, channels
  • Understands customer needs
  • Communication and presentation skills
  • Project management
