Job description

Основні обов’язки:

  • Приймання та обробка замовлень від клієнтів
  • Координація відвантажень між клієнтами і складами ТОВ «Сингента»
  • Проведення знижок, цінових коригувань, компенсацій, повернень товару
  • Забезпечення ефективного документообігу з клієнтами
  • Щоденна взаємодія з відділом продажів з питань виконання контракту

Кваліфікації

  • Вища фінансово-економічна освіта буде перевагою
  • Досвід роботи від 1 року на аналогічній посаді
  • Англійська мова на рівні не нижче за Intermediate
  • Впевнений користувач MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SAP
  • Хороші комунікаційні здібності, уважність до деталей, відповідальність
  • Швидкість навчання й засвоєння нової інформації
  • Високий рівень самоорганізації та здатність взаємодіяти в команді
  • Стресостійкість до різних ситуацій
