Commercial Operations Intern

To support that challenge, the Commercial Operations team is currently seeking Commercial Operations Intern, this role can be based in Calgary, Alberta, Guelph, Ontario, or remotely across Canada. As a Commercial Operations Intern, you will work alongside our team to develop relationships with customers across Canada, and support in delivering the right product to the right place at the right time

• Provides a high-quality customer experience for our Syngenta customers by,
  • providing support related to Stewardship and Compliance
  • fulfilling the customers’ requirements in a timely manner
  • providing training and system knowledge where required
• Works directly with Sales team to reconcile our customer accounts
• Develops relationships with customers through effective communication and virtual connection
• Maintains integrity of Syngenta customer data including the setup of new or update to existing customer information

Duration:  January 2024 - August 2024

Requirements

• A positive attitude and excitement for learning
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited university
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Comfortable working in an office or remote environment
• Ability to travel within Canada
