  • Ensure an effective implementation of commercial operations action plan and initiatives across the BA Maghreb.
  • Evaluate a company's commercial policies, operations, and procedures, identify any shortcomings or opportunities for improvement, and develop and implement new projects to ensure optimal operational performance and output.
  • Work cross functionally under the guidance of BA Business Manager and in close coordination with Sales Team, to support and coordinate the overall planning cycle across the BA from operational planning (eg. Month to date Sales Review,Last Plan , R&O) , S&OP to Budgeting and to long-term planning.
  • Work with the BA Business Manager & sales team to prepare the annual policies , process & strategy review (eg : commercial policy , go to market)
  • Supports BA Manager by ensuring connectivity and alignment between the sales team & the key commercial functions like CPD, Marketing and Supply chain
  • Lead SFDC including monitoring of demand creation, setup of users and reports. Leads selected projects for the sales Team.
  • Increase operational excellence by continuously improving the commercial dashboard; promote standard platforms (Qlickview/Qlicksense/SFDC) within the BA
  • Be the data champion and the go-to person for the sales team
  • Support the sales team with insightful analysis and decision-making support activities
  • Provides program/project management expertise in some specific complex / cross functional projects and ensure energic drive to closure in accordance with BA LT guidelines.

  • Contribute to Commercial plan, Budgeting and GTM direction in the BA leadership team and ensure all areas of operation focus on determined execution
  • Smooth & effective S&OP process
  • SFDC traffic and effectiveness

Qualifications

    Critical knowledge

    • 0-2 years’ experience in project management experience, data driven analysis, sales analysis, budgeting
    • Experience with or high willingness to learn finance tools (SAP/EDWH), marketing tools (iPlan) and planning tools (EDF/SPS)
    • Excellent MS excel, Smartsheet and presentation skills

    Critical experience

    • Minimum of 1 year in a Sales, Sales Operations, Business analysis or data analysis roles
    • Effective planning and Project management experience
    • Familiar with the North African Agribusiness business : knowledge of agricultural market space in Maghreb would be a plus.

    • Displays strong ability to drive initiatives and changes
    • Ability to take complex processes and data sets, and turn these into actionable insights and create positive change
    • Be an organized self-starter with excellent organizational skills who can work under pressure whilst maintaining a high degree of accuracy in their delivery
    • Communicates with impact, clearly and effectively (written and oral) with a persuasive style whilst being able to liaise effectively with people from a wide range of disciplines
    • Strong analytical skills, data-driven and result-oriented personality, radically customer-centric, persistent, and reliable in execution
    • High motivation and energy with tolerance for ambiguity, and independence in handling business challenges
