Job description

Role purpose

  • This role will coordinate work amongst other member of the Sales Operations team and other stakeholder group, including Sales, Finance, Marketing, P&S etc. in supporting growing business effort and customer base.
  • Supporting our growing by support overall Sales Strategy, Sales Data Management, Dealers & Retailers planogram management, Sales Analytics.
  • Having experience leading Sales Operations with a track record of solving complex problems, building on best practices, setting up processes and procedures, and possess strong analytical skills with a drive for operation excellence.
  • Responsible for supporting the sales team in constantly improving the team’s knowledge in terms of its selling and Point of Sales execution abilities.

Accountabilities

  • Support Sales Team by providing performance reporting and analysis to decision-maker within each Sales team, reviewing any gaps in data analysis and close the gaps.
  • Ability to lead projects and independently scope, prioritize and execute initiatives.
  • Look at ways to increase automation scalability on all our processes and initiatives as needed in a drive to optimize operational processes and ensure seamless system integration.
  • Ensure data quality and hygiene within Salesforce and other company tools.
  • Responsible on sale performance tracking tools.
  • Work cross-function with all revenue generating groups, including but not limited to Service, Training to ensure all necessary business functions are represented in sales/revenue related processes.
  • Must be agile and able to keep up with a fast-space environment.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
  • Streamlining and optimizing the sales process including preparing the data for analysis.
  • Work with head of sales and management team to develop organizational goals.
  • Lead a team of sales operations professionals.
  • Implement new technologies as needed to support sales team.
  • Serve as a liaison between teams and upper management.
  • Monitor and assist with customer retention.
  • Build a strong internal network of experts and resources that can help drive effective change.
  • Creates training programs together with the Sales Managers, determining its: duration, content, audience, materials, number of sessions, resources needed and participation of external service providers (if needed)

  • Partners with the Sales Leadership Team to define training needs, identify qualified service providers and innovative methods to deliver professional sales skills training for different audiences.

Qualifications

Knowledge, experience & capabilities

Critical experience

  • BA/BS degree focused on Business, Economics preferred.
  • At least 5 years’ experience managing a Sales Operations team or Sales Capability.
  • Experience working in high growth environment supporting a rapidly growing sales organization.
  • Proven track record of working across functionally with all areas of the business.
  • Experience supporting system implementation is advantage
  • Strong individual contributor, continuously seeking to learn and develop
  • Must be a self-starter, responsive, detail-oriented and analytical with strong organization skills
