Job description

Role purpose

  • Support general business operations by providing various administrative support Sales activities.
  • Assist in manage sale's channel on day-to-day operation including online activities e.g. Line, other application etc.

Accountabilities

  • Reaching out potential customers by calls and E-commerce channel to sell company’s products and services to retailers.
  • Provide information to customers upon request
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Updating customer database, following up with customers for administrative purposes, and providing troubleshooting assistance for problems.
  • Performing data entry tasks and other relevant information and maintaining filing system.
  • Performing sale daily reports and update other activities results.
  • Coordinate with trade marketing officers and accountants regarding relevant rebates, rewards and payments.
  • Providing agile and proactive support to Sales Team in their operational task, ensure         compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Facilitate sales event as assigned
  • Coordinating with hotels and partner agencies the execution of all sale activities

  • Highly organized, attention to detail 
  • Capable of handling and prioritizing various administrative tasks and deadlines  
  • Self-starter with excellent communication and computer skills
  • Positive & proactive approach
  • Enjoys working in a team environment
  • Be able to learn and adapt quickly

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field e.g. Business management, Administrative, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Statistics, Marketing etc.
  • Minimum 1 years experienced for similar role.
  • Detail oriented, organized, systematic thinking and work well under pressure.
  • Ability to work under pressure serving multiple objectives with time constraints.
  • Good command in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, etc.
  • Advanced Excel skills e.g. pivot table, data query and etc. will be a big plus.
