Qualifications

- BSc/MSc Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in Customer Service / Talent Acquisition / Administrative field
- Fluent in English and at least intermediate German language knowledge
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage
- Skilled in handling diverse tasks and workflows in parallel
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
