The Channel Marketing Manager will be accountable for the development and implementation of customized marketing strategies, campaigns and tactics at the channel level in support of business goals aligned to account needs

Key collaborator with Key Account Management, Marketing and Programs to drive offer development, customer engagement and strong relationships.

We have a flexible work environment and this person can work remotely across Canada.

Duties:

  • Collaborate with the Customer Marketing and Key Account team to lead the campaign planning process at the channel level, developing objectives and strategies in line with business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set direction for the channel marketing strategy to guide key activities and tactics to help achieve the campaign goals.
  • Work directly with the Key Account team and the accounts to align and develop co-marketing opportunities.
  • Understand account needs to help deliver positive customer experience and engagement that enhances loyalty and growth.
  • Interpretation of market dynamics and market intelligence to develop deep understanding of the channel, market and competition.
  • Establish and track agreed-to market share and contribution objectives.
  • Work with the Program Lead for the development of programs (broad and targeted) that align with the channel campaign.

Qualifications

  • Minimum B.Sc./B.Comm in the Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing/Communications or related field.
  • 5+ years of strategic sales and/or marketing experience within the Agriculture industry is absolutely REQUIRED.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of crop protection products.
