Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Manager UK&IRE to lead and manage the Syngenta Professional Solutions business (Turf and Landscape, Professional Pest Management (PPM) and Ornamentals) in the territory by delivering innovative solutions building momentum and creating new markets for Syngenta SPS.

In this highly visible role, you will define the 5-year strategy and sales, marketing and development plans for the SPS in line with regional strategies and optimise Go-to-Market models by driving and coordinating commercial portfolio, brand, service and offer strategies for the SPS businesses.

You will establish buy-in from and alignment with key stakeholders and Syngenta CP enabling functions to support SPS businesses within country, developing strong working relationships with distributors and industry influencers.


Qualifications

You should have a proven track record of working within Turf and Landscape, Professional Pest Management, Ornamentals or related industries. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team are essential.
