  • Responsible for developing/coordinating creation of digital content for intensified campaigns and direct grower engagement.
  • Supporting the Grower Interface project.
  • Contribute to business growth by creating inspiring content which supports key campaign messages, for deployment across online and offline touchpoints.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead creation of digital campaign content for deployment across digital channels, ensuring inspirational, informative and engaging content. 
  • Work with Brand Activation Leads & Digital Marketing Manager to maintain a campaign calendar of digital content to be used across all our digital channels.
  • Develop creative ideas, suggest new innovative ways of delivering digital content and keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends. 
  • Partner with internal/external design team to develop graphics, video and photo to support Brand Activation Team when necessary.
  • Manage posting and engagement across various digital platforms, including Spriklr, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp. 
  • Support the project team developing and launching a dedicated grower interface smartphone application.
  • Train and share knowledge with internal teams (sales team) to improve their capability in developing in-field content. 
     

Qualifications

Essentials Knowledge, Experience & Skills:

  • Bachelor (S1) degree in Agriculture. 
  • Familiar with Internet / social media.
  • Having good understanding on overall marketing knowledge and activities.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Minimal 1-2 years experience on Brand Activation Content role.
