  • Assist National Sales Manager/Head of Sales to develop the direct sales strategy, which is benefit to our stakeholders to ensure of long-term business partnership and achieve the agreed annual sales and consumption targets.
  • Coach RSM, TSM & SE to build new direct sales channel to build up long term business relationship.
  • Build relationship with Dealers.
  • Co-ordinate and input feedbacks from the field and market intelligence; crops and market dynamics; new opportunities and competitors' activities to increase company’s competency.
  • Maximize market share of current crops and develop new crops for the entire Syngenta range.
  • Utilize all resources relate to the business fit.
  • Role model and champion field force management technology (e.g. SFDC)
  • Handle issues relating to Sales Operation in the area within the given authority
  • Accept and implement extra assignments related to the common goal of the Company.

Syngenta Crop Protection (CP) keeps plants safe from planting to harvesting.  From the moment a seed is planted through to harvest, crops need to be protected from weeds, insects and diseases as well as droughts and floods, heat and cold. Syngenta Crop Protection is headquartered in Switzerland.


Qualifications

  • Understanding in Basic Agri-Business, to develop & organize well plan to certify company strategies.
  • Good Knowledge of Products, Crops in order to create demand & deliver benefits to customers.
  • Good Knowledge of market development to consult our channel partners to achieve sales target.
  • Understand & Clarify customer needs to fulfil Syngenta strategies.
  • Understand the channel network and the key drivers in the agrochemical trade to sustain long term business relationship.
  • Understand of subordinates’ behaviors & performance and well people management.
  • Minimum five years experience in sales & marketing role, included budget planning, forecasting, and preferable in Agri-Business industry.
  • People management and leadership skill
  • Customer relationship management
  • Work - life balance and pressure management
