PROCURE TO PAY

  • Scans and performs drag-and-drop of vendor invoices
  • Generates settlement list covering vendor invoices for payment
  • Issues withholding tax certificates to vendors
  • Sorts and files vendor invoices for warehousing
  • Assists requestors for urgent requests to update vendor details in Vendor Master Data
  • Liases with requestors, Finance Operations, and vendors in cases of account reconciliations and payment inquiries

T&E

  • Encodes, reviews, and files the actual supporting documents for employees' travel and expense (T&E) claims
  • Monitors the timeliness of hard copy submissions for Concur claims
  • Assists employees regarding T&E queries

TREASURY
Prepares and submits the necessary bank forms and other requirements for the execution of the following:

  • Fund transfers;
  • Manager's checks;
  • Intercompany payments;
  • Foreign payments;
  • Bank certifications; and
  • Other bank-related transactions.
  • Executes vendor payments through BPI Bizlink subject to approval of authorized signatories
  • Liaises closely with the banks for the execution of intercompany and foreign payments from submission of bank requirements to
  • actual remittance to other Syngenta entities and foreign vendors; and
  • Manages the communication between Global Treasury and local banks due to time difference.
  • Maintains daily and weekly cash forecast to anticipate business needs and avoid funding-related issues

OTHERS

  • Executes and monitors purchase orders for Statutory Finance
  • Monitors the completeness of the executed BOD Resolutions and Secretary's Certificates

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; 
  • At least 5 years of related experience 
  • Proficiency with financial software, SAP FICO, and advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience of working with shared services; and
  • Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional and multi-cultural stakeholders.
