  • Evolve the Agile capability and embed the Agile Ways of Working, Product and design-thinking across regions and functions
  • Actively get engaged in delivery of Products, Projects and Programs, through hands-on execution, including running workshops, collaborating and influencing with people across widely varying levels and roles
  • Provide high level of Agile subject matter expertise to Product, Project and Program delivery teams in the execution of Agile techniques and processes. Provide Foresight on new developments in the field.
  • Lead Product, Project and/or Program teams and deliver results in fast changing and complex business environments
  • Drive the broader adoption of Agile and actively embedding the required cultural change, including the best practices, process and tooling – make the adoption “sticky” so that the organization learns and evolves
  • Educate individuals and teams on Agile values, principles, and practices
  • Champion and catalyze data and digital-driven thinking, execution and innovation
  • Embody agility using a servant leadership approach and leading by example
  • Work with senior stakeholders to define Agile interventions
  • Develop and lead Agile project managers, coaches and practitioners to deliver Agile Products, Projects and Programs
  • Promote a culture of value-driven experimentation and innovation

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in relevant field (Biotechnology / Life Sciences / Chemistry / Biology / IT / Data & Digital)
  • 10+ years of experience related to digital / data domain in R&D
  • 5+ years’ experience working in an Agile environment and experience with Agile development methodologies (i.e. Scrum, XP, Kanban, Lean or similar)
  • Experience with Agile at scale is a plus (SAFe, LeSS or similar)
  • Experience working in the Life Science industry and leading change in a scientific culture
  • Effective communication skills with both leadership and technical teams
  • Solid understanding of all lifecycle development disciplines
  • Must have at least one current Agile Certification
