Job description

Локація: м.Полтава (гібридний режим або робота з офісу)

Обов`язки:

  • Ведення документообігу відділу продажів: обробка кореспонденції, інструкцій, наказів та інших документів, оформлення авансових звітів та відпусток співробітників
  • Координація демо-програм відділу продажів насіння: замовлення, розподіл між менеджерами, підготовка актів списання
  • Аналітична підтримка: робота з CRM та PowerBI, підготовка звітів з продажів та моніторинг досягнення цілей регіону
  • Робота з договорами та платежами: створення РО та Capex, робота в SAP Ariba, контроль документообігу та оплат, взаємодія з постачальниками
  • Організація корпоративних заходів: координація тренінгів, регіональних зустрічей, організація відряджень співробітників включно з проживанням та харчуванням
  • Адміністративна підтримка офісу: закупівля канцтоварів, господарських товарів, замовлення та контроль технічного обслуговування оргтехніки
  • Забезпечення дотримання правил охорони праці та техніки безпеки в офісі

Кваліфікації

  • Вища освіта
  • Досвід роботи на адміністративних посадах від 1 року
  • Відмінні навички роботи з комп'ютером (MS Office, Excel та PowerPoint)
  • Досконалий рівень володіння українською мовою (усно та письмово)
  • Стресостійкість та здатність працювати в умовах багатозадачності
  • Відмінні організаційні навички та здатність визначати пріоритети
  • Високий рівень відповідальності
