  • Achieve sales and market share targets
  • Ensure effective management of 'pull' programs at farm level in accordance with channel management strategy
  • Implement sales campaigns
  • Develop lead farmer network to support for sales
  • Conduct trials and commercial demos
  • Implement customer incentive plans

  • Customers / Channels in Highland region

Critical experience

  • Experience of the agri-business sector in, Sales and Marketing
  • Experience in Sales, campaign development and management.
  • Working relationship with above country organization
