Role purpose
•To develop, manage, and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive growth and revenue for Syngenta's product portfolio. 
•The Campaign Lead will enhance Syngenta's value proposition through innovative marketing strategies, manage specific product portfolios, create impactful campaigns, and oversee performance tracking against budget and prior year results.

Accountabilities
•Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives and product life-cycle stages.
•Design and coordinate campaign execution across traditional marketing channels, collaborating with internal teams and external agencies.
•Translate product offerings into compelling customer-centric value propositions.
•Conduct monthly tracking and reporting on portfolio performance vs. budget and prior year results.
•Analyze campaign performance and market trends to inform future strategies.
•Manage campaign budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
•Ensure regulatory compliance in all marketing activities.
•Collaborate closely with the digital marketing lead to ensure integrated, omni-channel campaign approaches.
•Foster cross-functional collaboration to drive integrated solutions and campaign success.

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills & Experience 

Critical Knowledge
•Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Marketing, Business, or related field.
•Deep understanding of agricultural industry, including crop protection, seed care, and on-farm activities.
•Comprehensive knowledge of traditional marketing principles and channels.
•Strong grasp of commercial concepts and product development processes.
•Understanding of agronomy and its application in marketing contexts.
•Awareness of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements.
•Basic understanding of digital marketing principles to facilitate collaboration with the digital team.

Critical Skills 
•Strategic thinking and ability to align campaigns with business goals.
•Excellent project management and organizational skills.
•Strong data analysis and interpretation capabilities
•Proficiency in performance tracking and reporting
•Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
•Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
•Budget management and financial acumen.
•Skill in integrating traditional and digital marketing efforts.

Critical Experience
•Minimum 5 years of experience in agricultural marketing or related field.
•Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across traditional channels.
•Experience in applying agronomic knowledge to support commercial operations.
•Demonstrated ability to use data analytics to drive marketing decisions.
•History of successful cross-functional project leadership.
•Experience in collaborating with digital marketing teams for integrated campaigns.
