HR Systems – User Adoption Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Design and integrate WalkMe elements into Workday & other applications as required.
• Should have working knowledge in configuring and troubleshooting Launchers, ShoutOuts, Smart Walk-Thru, Smart Tool Tips and Shuttles.
• Create eLearning experiences, training programs for user-friendly experiences.
• Customize WalkMe elements using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Lead & drive Walk-me upgrades.
• Upskil into Workday functional areas to seemlessly integrate Walk-me features on Workday.
• Partner with the other Workday Leads to support them build walk-me validations, blockers, tool tips, etc. to improve the functionality & overall user experience.
• Drive design, configuration, and deployment between Workday and Walk-me systems for Global and Regional initiatives including translations.
• Facilitate design workshops with key stakeholders from regional and global teams, gathering and documenting their business requirements
• Translate business requirements into a technical delivery, detailing out all impacts and associated configurations
• Adhere to delivery documentation standards, like Configuration enhancement document detailing the complete change lifecycle inclusive of requirements, technical build, unit testing, UAT and associated business sign off
• Partner across other HR System domains to ensure impact assessments are fully understood and well-co-ordinated in the delivery of change
• Set up and guide UAT relating to Change or Project Delivery
• Assist in writing, developing and co-ordinate test scripts and associated efforts
• Manage defect resolution, fixing issues as part of Change or Project Delivery
• Partner with our Support Team, enhancing their functional knowledge and assisting with the ongoing build of the Support Knowledge Base.
• Ensure smooth transition of knowledge is provided to support team when changes are delivered.
• Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues

• Critical experience

• WalkMe Certified with 4 ~ 6 years active configuration experience
• Working knowledge of Workday application (HR Business process)
• Has led yearly Walk-me releases / upgrades.
• Should have working knowledge in configuring and troubleshooting Launchers, ShoutOuts, Smart Walk-Thru, Smart Tool Tips and Shuttles.
