Основні обов’язки:

  • Підготовка й адміністрування комерційних контрактів, додатків-специфікацій, додаткових угод у рамках таких контрактів
  • Координація підготовки і перегляду договорів, протоколів розбіжностей
  • Забезпечення підписання комерційних договорів (паперові та електронні в Документ.Онлайн)
  • Ведення реєстру договорів, специфікацій, протоколів, додаткових угод
  • Архівація договорів
  • Координація перевірки підпису та повноважень підписанта з боку замовника
  • Внесення цін, кредитних умов, знижок у систему gSAP
  • Розрахунок цінових коригувань
  • Оцінка ефективності клієнта проти договору купівлі-продажу для розрахунку суми знижок
  • Підготовка розрахунків знижок по клієнтах, оформлення протоколів на нарахування таких знижок
  • Нарахування резерву знижок для клієнтів у системі gSAP
  • Формування й надсилання інформаційних листів клієнтам
  • Формування спеціальних звітів продажів
  • Підготовка презентацій, аналіз інформації по запиту

Кваліфікації

  • Вища освіта (економічний, фінансовий напрям)
  • Досвід роботи від 1 року на аналогічній посаді
  • Англійська мова на рівні не нижче за Intermediate
  • Уміння працювати з даними, систематизувати й аналізувати
  • Просунутий (advanced)  користувач MS Excel та Word
  • Досвідчений користувач SAP
  • Знання ділової письмової мови
  • Добре розвинені комунікативні навички
  • Здатність працювати в умовах наявності багатьох завдань
