Job description

Формат роботи: гібридний

Обов'язки стажиста:

  • Координація процесу перевірки повноважень підписантів договорів
  • Підтримка договірної роботи та документообігу
  • Адміністративна підтримка відділу: підготовка та оформлення документації
  • Взаємодія з контрагентами та внутрішніми підрозділами компанії
  • Ведення реєстрів та баз даних
  • Виконання інших операційних завдань за потребою

Кваліфікації

  • Студент юридичного факультету 3-5 курсу
  • Готовність до довготривалого стажування (1 рік)
  • Можливість працювати щонайменше 20 годин на тиждень, гнучкий графік
  • Базові знання договірного та корпоративного права
  • Впевнене володіння MS Office (особливо Excel та Word)
  • Уважність до деталей та висока організованість
  • Відповідальність та здатність працювати з конфіденційною інформацією
  • Англійська мова на рівні не нижче середнього (Intermediate)
  • Бажання розвиватися у сфері документообігу та договірного права
