您将:

按照“先正达集团中国科学家计划”培养体系要求，在与本专业高度相关的科研单位完成轮岗培养，参加专业培训及职业素养培训。按照不同阶段岗位职责，完成以下各项工作任务：

 

  • 推动农业生命科学创新
  • 参与开创性研究，开发新一代农业技术解决方案
  • 与全球专家合作，共同引领产学研合作
  • 塑造农业的未来

Qualifications

  • 海内外优秀院校博士毕业生或博士后相关青年科研工作者
  • 研究领域包括农业、植物科学、植物病理学、生物化学、昆虫学、杂草科学、土壤科学、综合虫害管理（IPM）、植物营养学、农业微生物学、有机化学、化工、微生物学、合成生物等相关专业
  • 有志于从事科研类工作具备敏锐的行业洞察力、精益求精和勇于探索的科学精神、旺盛的求知欲及好奇心。
  • 具有良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神，自信乐观，开拓进取，勇于创新并接受挑战，具备优秀的学习能力和思维能力
  • 在校期间成绩优秀，具备较强的学习能力和适应能力，有良好的英语听说读写能力，能够快速掌握新的知识和技术，适应公司的业务发展和工作要求。
  • 必须以中文和英文作为日常工作语言
