Zonal Production Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute seed production strategy for Corn hybrid seed production. Build high performing grower and grower leader base.
• Ensure reliability, seed yields, quality, and cost as per the business priorities in alignment with Syngenta HSE and Sustainability guidelines.
• Organize the production volumes as per the business requirement and as per the quality standard.
• Build winning team. Lead and guide team to achieve the business targets.
• Implements and maintains key field production procedures and processes.
• Develops relationships with Syngenta cross functional teams  to meet the shared goals.

Job Description

Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in hybrid seed production, including knowledge of end-to-end processes (handling hybrid seed and harvesting stages), disease and pest management, and data analysis (planning, budgeting, etc.).

• Education: B.Sc. (Ag) or M.Sc. (Ag).
• Skills: Ability to build networks with growers and grower leaders, internal functions, and stakeholders. Reputation for consistent customer focus.
