Sales & Crop Field Expert Czech Republic & Slovakia (Speciality crops, Vegetable, Biologicals)

We are looking for a new colleague with relevant experience in crop protection trialing, technical data processing and technical materials preparation to join our Technical Support team.

Responsibilities

• Participation in the launch of new products
• Preparation of technical data and relevant materials
• Cooperation with the team, regional experts and external partners
• Providing technical trainings to sales teams

• University degree in Agriculture or related field
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, presentation
• Strong influencing skills and analytical thinking
• Ability to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to travel extensively for business trips across Czech Republic and Slovakia
• Fluent in Czech or Slovak (native/professional level)
• Intermediate to communicative level of English
